Season 2 - Episode 3: How do I stay in my rental property?

When you are renting, there are lots of issues that can give rise to disputes with your landlord –disagreements about repairs, rent increases or modifications to name a few.

 In the first few episodes of this series we’ve talked about some of the pressures in the rental market at the moment, so before you throw in the towel and start looking for a new place, you may be better off getting help to negotiate a solution with your existing landlord.

 In this episode we are going to talk about how you can do that, as well as how to avoid some of the most common issues arising in the first place.
